Fast paced high energy
I like that it was led by an instructor. It was helpful to be told what to do each step of the way then try and come up with my own workout

Challenging work load and positive atmosphere
Coaches are motivating and encouraging. They make sure that I am doing the exercises with correct form so as to avoid injury and target the correct muscles
The work outs are wonderfully high energy and motivating. Starting from obesity and a very sedentary schedule, I was very nervous to start with OTF. But the coaches were helpful and I never felt out of place. The workouts are so easily customizable for different levels and have allowed me to improve and progress! I love the music too :)

I love love love Orange Theory workouts and I love the Tech Ridge location. It is wonderful having Andrea as head coach. I love her energy and attention to detail. She has also been very graceful when my friend Meggie and I get a little chatty. Sorry! I plan to come back soon. I am a bit weary about exercising with a mask but I know it's necessary with Omicron.

I work a lot harder than I would on my own…and the workouts are very well organized and transitions are smooth. Only negative at the moment is coaches and staff wearing masks again :-(.

The Westlake Coaches are great! We like the routine/discipline of the Coaches guiding us through the different stations. Plus, the front staff has been warm, welcoming and always helpful.
