I like moving from station to station, especially with the 3G format. The class is over before you know it! I also like wearing a heart monitor where the coaches keep an eye on what’s happening within your body and encourage you to complete the workout being the best you can be! Coach Brent is an amazing coach, with a great sense of humor, encouraging and motivating everyone!

I just love coming in and having the workout pre-made for me. I don’t have to worry about what workouts to do. I can just come in and work out. I love the energy and how challenging some of the workouts are. I always leave here exhausted but in a good way. I feel like I’ve been productive with my workout. I feel great every time I workout and I love that staff that works here. Always welcoming and nice.
They are fun. Hard but doable because you can adjust to your needs. Everyone is super friendly. Fun coaches.
