I love that the workout is rarely the same and that I have accountability with not only our coaches but also my peers. Having the same coaches consistently that make sure I am using proper form and push me to my limits and recognize when I am already at that limit has been incredibly beneficial for me and something that keeps me coming back.

I love the energy at OTF, and especially at West Lake Hills. Such great coaches, awesome members, and just a great vibe overall. I've been to many studios and I always love coming home to this one.
Very organized and fluid. HR monitor synchronized very well with the OT app which I by the way very user friendly
The workouts are varied, intense, and dynamic in a way that will pose a challenge to anyone who commits—but also makes the time go by quickly!
I am LOVING the Strength50 and Tread50 classes - I used to do CrossFit and weightlifting is very important to me. I'm also training for a 10k so the Tread50 is really helpful as well. These are the only OTF classes I go to now. I have seen a dramatic change in my fitness - in ways I didn't see in the 'normal' classes because of the focus on BUILDING.
I like the atmosphere, the coaching, the music, and being surrounded by people who are working out.

I love that it's always different. I enjoy that the workout is challenging, but that I can dial it up or down to meet my needs. The monitor gives me constant feedback, so that I know if I'm pushing myself appropriately. And I enjoy our coaches!
