The workout changes everyday, and it pushes me to do exercises that I would not do on my own. I also like wearing the heart rate monitor, and going at my own pace.
You cannot get anymore in an hour than you do with OTF. Three days a week and you will be in the best shape of your life and finding yourself wanting to do more.
I like the enthusiasm of the instructors and the loud music. I like that the cardio is hard but in shorter segments so that you know you can get through it. I like that it is a total body workout and that I do not have to think or push myself. It is all done for me.

The staff is great! They are all very friendly and greet you by name. I love how the coaches take an interest in everyone. They watch to make sure you are doing exercises correctly and will help you when you are doing them incorrectly. I love that they show how to do modifications for those that need it. I also love how they encourage and push us. I love the workouts. The workouts are hard, but are doable. You feel so good after. Orange Theory is a great place to workout. Everyone is doing the same workout, but at their ability.
The coaches are so motivating and encouraging! I have fun while working out.
Staff and coaches listen to client feedback. All of the coaches are easy to communicate with, and I never have any problems getting through via phone or text.

What I love about your work out is that's it's challenging and different every day. The trainers are amazing always keeping up with us. Also, how we go from cardio to weights. In two months I've already seen amazing results lost 10lbs 9 inches total. I feel like I have more energy and feel good about myself and every time I go more motivated.

The environment is one that keeps me focused on my workout so there is no headspace left for thinking about outside stressors. The tempo pushes me to go beyond where I would in a traditional gym. The trainers keep me safe and motivated. But the results are what keep me coming back.
Love that I am challenged every workout. I also love how I have grown to have a relationship with the coaches who know what I am capable of and how they push me to work harder each day.
I enjoy the atmosphere of the whole community that operates in the gym. The trainers there push you very hard, to acomplish your best and the workouts are very enjoyable and not to difficult to manage.
