Challenging, but doable
Fun coaches
Great instructor
I love Orange Theory workouts mainly because it’s a full body workout. It incorporates different equipment and the classes change daily.
I really like the class concept and having an expert there to guide, push and help me.
Being an older person I was worried it would not work for me….Nope-very motivating 🧡
Orange Theory is a very friendly environment. Everyone that works there or attends classes are so nice. I’ve met so many nice people of all ages.
It's challenging, but doable. The circuit times allow me to know I won't die by the end and thus I push myself to do my best during the alotted circuit times.
I saw and felt results in my body almost immediately which is why I joined Orangetheory - to get me over my plateau.
How it always changes and keeps me motivated, the trainers, everyone who works there, it's a community
Love the classes and coaches! Would love to continue to see more strength classes incorporated!
The amount of support and help is incredible. I feel like home there
I like work out but it's super expensive not sure how long I can afford
That it changes up during the workout so you never get bored.
The structure of the classes is great, the coaches are motivating and knowledgeable, and Orange Theory offers a variety of fun programs and themed classes to keep it interesting!

Coaches are great and very motivating.
Love to work out to a different templates every day to challenge me and push me to work harder and differently from the day before. The coaches recognize the challenging templates and encourage me along the way. The Brighton staff is an incredible staff from the front desk personnel to the coaching staff. They all work hard and want the best for you and recognize you from small changes to the big changes in your journey to becoming a better you.
I like the supportive environment from the staff as well as fellow members, and the fact that the workouts push you harder than you could ever push yourself without causing physical harm or serious discomfort. You're worn out at the end, but you can still smile and laugh. That says a lot.
I also especially appreciate the attentiveness of staff to everyone, especially those needing special attention.
In short, Orange Theory is a positive environment versus a punishing environment, and that is what brings me back. I know members will be encouraged and supported, not criticized and shamed.
Great coaches, great music, great workouts!
Pushes you to get a really good work out. High heart beat. Aims to hit all muscles.
I like the diversity in workouts. I like the accountability and coaching. Love that I get cardio and strength in every workout.
OTF workouts are challenging yet rewarding. It’s always a great feeling when you finish and the staff, from the coaches to the front desk associates are so welcoming and encouraging!
The overall body workout I get by having the rower, treadmill and weight floor exercise areas
I love the variety, the coach’s knowledge, the accountability, and the results.
I would have to say while the price is worth it to me, I think it is too expensive for many of our friends who would otherwise love to be members.
Variety and coaches
Great workout! Friendly staff and coaches!
I like how well organized and easy it is to pick up and adjust as well. The gamifying of it all keeps me very engaged
Great well-rounded workout!
the variety
Everything. I like that I do not have to think about what I need to do when I go to the gym. It is all planned and coached.
It’s different every time. And I can track my data in real time. I’m able to quantify my progress as I go, and I feel like I am in better shape than ever before.
I like that I don’t have to think about my workout routine. I just show up and the coaches walk us thru the workout. Always a great workout!!!
I like that it is a mix of cardio and strength training. It is upbeat, and go go go, no extended resting, stays with the routine. I like the fact that the workouts change up all of the time.
The coaches and staff are awesome, and I'm getting excellent results.
Kate’s positive energy, her coaching support & her music selection (little/no unPC rap, and mixes of classic rock - eg Fleetwood Mac).
I JUST returned to Brighton, so not really the one to ask. It’s really tight knit there, which isn’t quite my scene; A2 is more diverse, which is one reason I switched locations.
It’s different every time
