I signed up 6 months ago to prepare for my trip to Son Doong, the largest underground cave in Vietnam. I do Pilates as well, but all the training here helps to boost my level of endurance. I could climb up and down inside the cave for 5 days without feeling any soreness. In addition to that, a well-trained coach is always in the class to assist you with all the moves.
Highly recommend OTF for those who seek a place with a structured, science-based fitness program. The facility is always clean, and very welcoming.

Motivation and guidance from our coaches to get through a rigorous, intense, and effective workout program. No two workouts are ever the same and have definitely benefitted from a higher fitness level incrementally and consistently over a period of time.
It gets right to the point. You are in and out in 55 minutes, but still get a complete body workout.

The coaches are great. Very motivational and if your doing something wrong they will show you the proper form. I have seemed improvement in my all around health since I joined.
