I don’t have to think. I just show up, and there is the perfect workout prepared for me. The coaches are SO great and make it fun and enjoyable. The members are kind and supportive. It’s just such a great environment, and I feel pretty strongly that our studio manager, Lizz—the kindest, funniest person ever—really sets the tone. I keep meaning to comment about what a great job she’s doing—the studio was already amazing (see my review from a year or so ago), but I have noticed it getting even better since she got promoted. More coaches—all wonderful—expanded class offerings, and just a ton of really thoughtful touches.

It’s awesome! The coaches are great! They encourage us a lot and the workouts are challenging and a good mix of weights and cardio. My one comment would be adding heavier weights - more than 80lb. Otherwise it’s truly amazing

It is never the same workout. You can modify without feeling badly about yourself. It’s fun and only takes 1 hour!

The OTF workouts are always fun, challenging, and adaptable to whatever mood I am in when I walk through the studio doors. It is my stress reliever as well as my happy place.
I always feel great after I leave the studio, no matter what my mood was or what baggage I carried in with me at the start of my workout.

I like the themes and variety of each class and exercise. I always leave feeling better and that I worked hard.
Everything. I enjoy starting on the treadmill first. I feel more energized after to take on the floor excersizes and rowers. I do miss the 90 minute workout. That definitely tested my endurance
The workouts are challenging and it’s a friendly motivating environment. I also like that the workout changes daily so I never get bored!
I like that the workouts are different everyday and emphasize different challenges i.e. strength, endurance, power. I feel challenged during every workout so they never feel routine which is the best way for me to improve my overall health.

It's a great, intense, and always varied workout. Really pushes me to go harder than I would if exercising alone. I also really like the "signature" workouts.
