that its for all levels of fitness, coach (Emily) was encouraging without being patronizing (sometimes an issue in group fitness environments as the new kid). Space felt clean and modern, although a touch more space would be great.

I love that someone is telling me what to do, that I always burn a lot of calories and that I feel great after each workout!
Music, energy, every day is different so I don’t feel like I get stuck in a rut. The coaches are all super knowledgeable too.

What I like is it was my first time on Tuesday the 12th and Christine was the coach that day. Christine was checking on me during the workout, which made me comfortable. The workout was amazing and I felt energized to concord the day. I am excited for my next workout.
Overall very happy with my experience here... would love if you'd consider adding an early AM (6:15-6:30) workout on at least one weekend morning
