It goes by so quickly. Good music and happy people. Feels productive and you do not feel as if you aren’t capable. You feel like you accomplished something worthwhile each time. Never boring because it’s different each time!
Variety and coaches
I love how kind the entire staff is and makes an effort to remember all of our names. It is small gestures like such that truly makes a difference. The ability to do an array of strength, endurance and cardio training before beginning the day only adds positive value to my life.

Variety, coaches, strength + cardio, length... ALL OF IT.
Love when rowers are used for at least half of the workout. It’s sumner, most jog outsude. Consider stop making the treadmill most of the workout, orange theory is loosing the group of people I started with well over 4 years ago.
Consider letting us swap the treads for an open rower. I know many who have left because the focus is on the treads. The towers have been less a focus, and the last class had no rowing at all.
I love the coaches and how they positively push us to our full potential! I like that every workout is different and the music is energizing :) This workout is a huge help to physical and mental health!
I like the mix of cardio and strength training. I also like the group aesthetic. The group combined with the monitors lends to a competitive environment too, if you like that, which I do. But you don't have to pay attention to that at all if you don't want to. It's a great workout and you can approach it however works best for you.
I find the atmosphere encouraging of people at all levels. There is a positive attitude, clean space, supportive peers and coaches, and the actual work outs feel great!
Love the variety and challenge. I can see growth over the past months and really enjoy the encouragement of the staff and other members.

Its a different workout every time, if you have any questions there is someone there help you and its the perfect level of difficulty
The workouts are thoughtful and dynamic so that I feel that I have challenged my strength and endurance by the end of one. There is always room to push myself to do better than I did the day before and I love that challenge. I don't think I would accomplish this on my own so I appreciate going to class where the work-out has been planned and the coaches are there to support us all the way through it.
I like the Quick workouts and the fun of being in a class setting, with motivating coaches and music.
It's different every day! You work against your own pace, no one else's! The energy of the coaches and the other members is fun and encouraging! Love it all!
I love the coaches! The workouts never get boring and more important than anything else the format of prebooking and being aware of when you cancel makes me accountable to myself and other members.
Atmosphere- very motivating
