Great workouts and energy in the classes.
Quick in and out. Don’t allowed cell phone at class, so there is no self centric people taking selfies while work out. This is quite annoying at regular gyms. Friendly people … love the instructors that correct/ help you improve posture etc.
Variety, motivating… Coaches are very passionate. Absolutely no pressure. One can choose to go at one's own pace. I love it.

Love the coaches, the good energy, the music (especially from the 80's and 90's era). It's the first time I can commit to a work out routine for so long.
The classes are motivational and challenging yet you can go at your own pace too. I like the variety of rowing, weights and treadmill too.

OTF Stamford workouts are fun & challenging. What I also love is if I have any trouble with a workout a coach is always there to help.
I like the fact that every day is different. It is awesome to be able to move fluidly through the floor exercises, the rower and the treadmills. And, of course, the coaches and staff rock!
I love the structure of the classes and the diversity of full body exercises.

OTF Guilford is awesome. Everyone is super friendly. The gym is relatively new and the equipment is better (in my opinion) than older studios I work out in. I never take time to evaluate things so if I am saying Guilford is great that means something!
I like the instructors and variation of classes. I do think the stamford needs new treadmills though because they are very worn.
Treadmill and Ralph they go together well
It’s a full body workout and every day is different. My cardio is the best it’s been in along time. I’ve done CrossFit, spin and many other types of workout over the years and orange theory is overall the best. Plus I enjoy all the staff at Guilford OTF, very welcoming and nice environment.

Love the coaches and the workout. It’s challenging but totally doable.
The Orangetheory workouts can be done by almost everyone! The beauty of it is that you do you. There are always modifications the coaches can show you. That way you are getting the most out of each class. I like the variety of the classes and the different focus for the exercises. I'll be sticking with Orangetheory for a very long time!
Gets my heart rate up and I love the running for 28min
Workouts are challenging and focus on different muscle groups with each class. Instructors are upbeat and very good with helping participants if having difficulty with any of the floor exercises.
The template is different day to day. The Coaches get to know you and correct your form. It’s always you vs. you.
