OTF isn’t just a gym. The staff take care to greet you and learn your name. The workouts are always challenging with great playlists. The coaches are highly encouraging, and make sure you get the most out of your workout by correcting form.

I like the focus on heart health and aerobic activity. I appreciate the discipline of the workout and the constant change of activities. I like it that the instructors watch closely and are willing to give feedback and make adjustments during the routine. I like that my activity is being monitored in real time and that I receive a report afterwards. I look forward to continuing to monitor my progress, moving forward.

The trainers are helpful and observant and they appropriately push me out of my comfort zone. I don’t have to worry about anything but my workout when I am there because the trainers run the classes efficiently. It is the workout is what I have been craving.
I feel accomplished when I work out. I’m a beginner but no one makes me feel that way. Everyone wants you to succeed and are just so kind. I feel great and love the coaches.

The coaches are amazing, I take most classes with Amanda or Jess and they’re both upbeat and fun coaches who always help correct my form or answer any questions.
I love the whole workout, every time. The coaches are motivating, the music is inspiring and meeting new people has been so nice. I love that we are all of different ages and fitness levels, but everyone encourages and cheers each other on to achieve their goals 😊
