The coaches are great, the workouts are varied, and the music is always energizing. I like that I can set my own pace and choose my own weights instead of trying to keep up with an instructor and I find the class schedule manageable even with a full time job. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and fun.

My family and I love OTF. We greatly appreciate their kindness and support right when you walk into the door to even during the workouts. While in class, the couches are encouraging and energetic which makes the workouts more fun.
That it is different each time and that incorporates different exercises throughout. The coaches are always very helpful and encouraging. They are approachable and make it enjoyable coming to class.
It’s a great way to get a workout in without thinking and also it’s nice to have the equipment all set for you to go from tread, weights and rowing. All the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.

I get a lot out of the varied work outs. Whether 2G or 3G or Strength, etc., each workout does something different for me. Also, the concept of doing the rowing, running and floor workouts within an hour timeframe is just right in my opinion. Some days I go harder tan others. Lastly, I like the going up and in and down and out of my Orange and Red Zones. The Splat Points concept makes a lot of sense and has me getting an invigorating and effective workout each session. My family loves OTF. My partner, daughter and I often work out together!

I like that there is a structured workout routine that you are coached on throughout the whole class. I really enjoyed my classes with Sarah R.- she was very friendly and knowledge and had a very upbeat personality to help motivate you!

The workouts can be adjusted to work for each individual member. If you are new or have been working out for years, you can adjust to have it work for you. The coaches are there for you and will work with you as much as possible to help make it fit your level. The staff and coaches are incredibly positive and supportive.
I'm 54 years old, and this is a workout I never thought I would do. Then I tried it once and was hooked. Now I try to go 4 -5 times a week.
