What do you like about our workout?

Easy to follow, nice instructors that are easy to understand and follow what’s going on in the class, the music selections have been great!!! The music get people going!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoyed the combination of strength training and cardio. Each of those is then broken down into smaller chunks that allow each participant to challenge themselves, or not. I like not having to think about the next move or step, just listen to the coach and push. Class is short enough to gauge your output and know when you can do more.

Lily was a great coach for my very first class. The front desk ladies, Grace and Gracie(?) were fantastic! The class was really fun and I’m hooked!

What do you like about our workout?

Interesting workouts that are challenging without being over whelming. The individual exercises are easy to modify if you have restrictions or are not at the target levels physical condition. The instructors are attentive without being intrusive. I’m in my 60’s and I never feel “gym intimidation” or out of place.

What do you like about our workout?

I love OT. As a not-very-fit person, I feel welcomed, don’t feel overwhelmed, and I don’t ever feel like I’m not doing enough or as good as everyone else. Also the music is bangin!

The structure of it and explanations of what it improves. There are some awesome coaches out there and some fire playlists. The atmosphere is great for a workout.

I hate exercise.OTF changed that for me. It became my community during the pandemic and helped change the trajectory of my life. The coaches are so awesome and give the best motivation to keep getting better each day.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the structure of it, I like the variety it brings to a workout and how each day the entire body is worked. Each class may be an hour but it feels like 20 minutes. The music is usually encouraging and upbeat to get you threw those tough treadmill work outs. The studio is clean and spacious so you don’t feel cramped or in someone’s way. The class times are great, even though I can’t make them with my crazy work schedule a lot of days. And by far the best part is the staff and couches! Full of energy and always smiling, I feeL so encouraged to do better each class and they support each member and push each member with that encouragement.

What do you like about our workout?

OT has been a game changer for me. As a woman in her mid-40s I needed to find something different and even provide me a way to change my mindset about my fitness. I have really started focusing on building my strength and muscle mass as I am getting older are the first to go. I LOVE the fast-paced model with coaches guiding me through the stations and exercises. There is no worry of "what should I do next," everything is determined for me. I have also found that overall I also feel better. I am sleeping better. The scale may not be moving much in the direction I would like, but my clothes fit so much better. On my body scans my body fat percentage is dropping and my muscle mass is gaining. I don't know what I would do without OT.

They are awesome and love OTF coaches. They pay attention to how you are progressing. They make lot of difference along with awesome front office staff!

The energy in the room, the ability to see my heart rate and how hard I’m working, and the variety during a workout. I can do anything all out for a minute! So excited to be back at the gym! Woohoo!
