Everything! I liked that you were constantly moving for the full hour, that there were different stations so you don’t get bored and that you have an instructor there to help along the way.
Very individualized but also a great group workout. Led by very knowledgeable instructors. Great atmosphere, very productive, and I felt great after my workout. Can’t wait to keep working out at OTF! The instructors were very motivating, took the time to help every one of us, were very energetic, and very personable!
It's quick, fun, motivational and absolutely works in terms of feeling strong, fit and losting weight!

Personal attention even though a group setting.
I need it. Always seem to do floor exercises backwards. Coaches very attentive and sympathetic, I make them laugh.

I would definately recommend this location. My only concer is the removal of onstie classes that were offered at 4:15pm EST M-f and the noon class on Saturday and Sunday.

Everyone was extremely welcoming & informative during my first visit. I am so excited to continue my journey with orange theory in whitemarsh. Shantell, David and Karli thank you so much for all your high vibes, consideration and kindness.
I like that I don’t have to think about my workout. I show up and am told what I need to do. The coaches correct members if our form is a bit off and offer modifications should we need them; I don’t have to overthink/worry about what I’m doing.
The music is a great addition to the workouts as well. There have been days that I haven’t felt like working out but have shown up because I know I’ll feel guilty :) But once I’m on the tread and an awesome song comes on, it literally changes my energy, and I power through.
Orangetheory is the only gym I’ve been consistent with. A lot of people are shocked about the price when I talk about OTF, but the workouts and the staff make it all worth it!!!
Always varied, so it keeps you on your toes! You get to challenge yourself and the coaches help inspire you to stay consistent.
How hard tge instructor pushes and the kenof time for each class.

That is a hour long and you’re constantly moving. Also the music is nice.
The workouts change up every day; working out different parts of your body. The class times fit my work schedule. The environment is very positive and motivating. The workouts although challenging are doable. There are modifications available. I am always happy to come to Orangetheory and feel great afterwards! The front desk staff and coaches are very welcoming and friendly! The coaches look out for you to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly so that you do not injury yourself and are hitting the targeted areas with the exercises.
It's intense and different all the time. I'm never bored.
