Great customer service! I had trouble booking online and they went above and beyond to help get me signed up. When I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and encouraging. I appreciated the clear explanation of the workouts and follow up on my results. Would highly recommend this location.
Coach Kelly is super motivating and makes the workouts fun in a way that feels authentic and sincere.
That I don't have to think at 5am. I go to the machine and have someone tell me what to do! I also like how it rotates to different exercises, so I don't get bored in one area.

Variety and the motivation to keep pushing and improving. The coaches are awesome too; they are just fun and knowledgeable.
Forces me to do the stuff I would not do on my own. Challenges me to push myself. Technology helps me monitor my progress. The ease of booking online. Roughly 50 min workout versus being in the gym for hours.

Couldn’t imagine my life with OTF. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. Everyone is so nice and all the people in my classes are so supportive and motivating. Matt is the best coach and pushes me to do my best (in the kindest, most comical way) every workout like he’s my own personal trainer in a room full of 30+ people. I’m really proud to be apart of the OTF family and I am so grateful for my new outlook on health, strength and the overall way I view myself. OTF has done more than change my physical appearance; it’s changed the way I hold myself accountable and what I expect from myself. I have more confidence to challenge myself to reach new goals because I know I’m strong and I can do it! I can’t say thank you enough to Matt and the whole OTF crew!

Coach Erin is amazing!! She a great coach and even in a full class she’s able to give quick tips and shout outs to members. She’s so supportive and encouraging and make an extra effort to take her classes.
