I think there is something rewarding from group fitness. It is challenging enough for all levels of fitness and the benchmarks asd an extra layer of competition that you can get excited about. Also the coaches at this specific orangetheory are the absolute best!

I love that the only person you are competing against is yourself, though I find myself pushing myself more than I ever used to since I am surrounded by my peers! OTF has an inclusive and fun environment. You can challenge yourself as much as you want. The workouts are always different and keep me engaged! Working out with other people is just fun! I have seen significant results from a few months of work and feel MUCH stronger. I also think all the instructors are kind and encouraging. Highly recommend!

OTF workouts are challenging and ever changing. The coaches are so good at what they do. I look forward to my workouts and what they do for my heart and health. I feel motivated and connected with the use of the heart rate monitor. The information keeps me striving for the right level of intensity throughout the hour. The coach was very well engaged in all training objectives for the morning. The coach provided valuable information while we were working out as to why these HITT exercises are important. He also provided alternate workouts for me with physical injuries.
Personnel. Kelly is phenomenal as are Brittany and Laura up front. I enjoy the different stations, the independent work within structure.

I love how you work out as an individual yet there is such an awesome team aspect to the workouts. The coaches push you to be better, faster, and stronger, without yelling, instilling fear, or making you feel less-than. Fun variety, hard work, and amazing results!
