The workouts are never the same. Different muscle groups, inclines, flat roads, all out, heavy lifting, or the dreaded resistance band. You never know what you are going to do. If you go regularly, you will see change.
I love OT! I have worked out at gyms for 25 years and this is the best one hour workout I've ever found. The one thing I would love more of is coach feedback on form when on the floor and on the rowers

The variety. I've been attending OT since 2019 and have yet to experience the same thing twice. I also appreciate the coaches ability to modify workouts to my physical limitations.
I like the low light, club-type atmosphere, I like the upbeat dance music, I like the fact that I'm doing different things throughout the workout and that I'm targeting strength training as well as cardio, and I love the HIIT style workout. The coaches are energetic, friendly, and fun, and all of the staff make effort to create an environment that makes everyone feel part of the group. The location is very convenient to me and there are lots of options for classes.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of opportunities to meat your fitness goals.

While the overall sessions can be very intense, the coaches are very good at giving people permission to go at their own pace.

Love the coaches and the workouts. The environment is accepting and welcoming of everyone. There is variety in the workouts but periodic "testing" so you are still able to see progress as you conitnue working out.
It motivates me to work much harder yet I feel safe pushing myself because I can see how my heart rate is reacting to the increased effort.
The coaches are awesome! I have had health setbacks so they are quick to help me modify if needed and are helpful not critical when correcting my form.
OTF South has changed my life for the better in more ways than one. I have never remained this consistent with any gym/workout routine. The team member are amazing and make South what it is!
