Highly recommend Orangethery. I could and have gone to other gyms at no cost to me, but with Orangethery’s very reasonable membership fee, was just another reason I chose Orangetheory!!!

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The coaches learn your strengths and limits in order to help you succeed. The classes are structured, easy to follow and there studio has a judgement-free environment. People of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities walk in there and no one is ever made to feel uncomfortable.
Each workout is different but all are challenging. The energy in the room is positive and after a while a sense of community forms in the class group.
I love the coaches and the staff. They help to facilitate a great workout community. Thanks for making OTF Greensboro the best studio I’ve been to.

Coach Kelly and her enthusiasm always motivates me to go harder and get the most out of every workout. She convinced me to try the Tar Heel 10 Miler and gave me a plan and support to successfully complete my first ever serious race. We consider her and the entire OTF coaching and studio team to be like family. They make things fun and the camaraderie with our fellow OTFers keeps us accountable and the experience very enjoyable. It’s for all ages and skill levels.
The variety that comes with OTF. It’s not the same workout every day! The trainers are the best! They push you to be your best!
The programing continues to challenge me regardless of what gains I may make. Coach Matt also knows who and when to apply additional pushes to in order to help us achieve out goals.
I have never felt physically better than I do right now. The coaches are motivating and very encouraging. The workouts are focused so I get the most I can out of one hour and leave feeling physically and mentally stronger.

I like the variety of having my cardio and weights in one. I like that I get the guidance of a coach and the group atmosphere of a class. I LOVE the Coaches at Midtown Raleigh (especially Frank - he REALLY cares about our experience, from making frequent adjustments in the weight room, to shouting out all our names, to his passion for lining up an All Out countdown with the music, to his commitment to all the OTF community events and initiatives).
