Best place to be for a total body workout. They have great coaches and a great staff!!! All you have to do is show up. The workouts are already programmed for you and they coach you up. Love the concept of the workouts run / row / floor. A bunch of great people working out with you as well!!!

It's the best workout ever. So much energy in the studio. Love the coaches. I am seriously addicted to the workout and the studio vibe. No other workout is as good. Trying to get friends to join! It has changed my fitness life.
Full body workout
I like the variety of ways that we train on the treadmill, rower and floor. Very seldom do you do the same workout twice. It helps to keep me from getting bored and from my training becoming stagnant.
How intense it is and that you can control your level of working out

I like the OTF workout structure in general. I wish there were more 90 minute classes and a 6:45pm class daily. Caroline, Sam, and Kelsey do a great job at not only being encouraging but coaching on form. I appreciate their coaching so I don’t get injured. They also make great playlists!
The coaches, it’s challenging but just enough.
I love the fact that everyday is a different workout and a different focus (endurance, strength, power, or a little of all 3!). Plus the coaches and staff are fantastic, always there to help and support me and push me (in a good way) to keep going. I never thought I would be a person who LOVED working out and was actually saddened when unable to do so, but then I met OTF!

It's challenging but accessible to different fitness levels. The coaches do a great job of paying attention, correcting form, and being encouraging. I'm not particularly fit in this chapter of my life and I don't ever feel intimidated or insecure. I'm on my own journey and I feel very supported by the coaches.

Great workout…. The one thing that is frustrating is the station assignment process. Not quite sure how people are getting certain stations even if they aren’t present before class. It’s disappointing to see people get special preference
