The variety and challenge.
I have been a member for over seven years and have completed more than 2,100 classes. If that doesn't say now much I enjoy OTF, I don't know what would. The workouts are rarely the same, the coaches are great in both their instruction/coaching and their energy. I have successfully built strength, improved my run speed, and improved my rowing times. The community of the OTF family is amazing - so welcoming and inclusive. I plan to keep burning for many classes to come!
I enjoyed coach (AJ’s) energy, instruction and playlist. I wasn’t looking forward to starting the workout on the treadmill after seeing the prior class tread block. But, AJ’s playlist and energy provided me the necessary motivation to push me through a great workout.

I like that the workouts are varied and I can come in and just knock them out. What keeps me coming back though is the trainers. All of the trainers are energetic and consistently provide me with advice and tips to improve my workouts.

The OTF workout can be done by anyone and adapted to any fitness level! When I started OTF I was worried that I might not be able to complete all the exercises, but with modifications and adjustments to intensity levels, I was able to complete it and was hooked! The coaches and community help make the workout more enjoyable, and great challenges help to keep me accountable.

Fast paced total body workout does wonders for you. Coaches vary routines so workout’s don’t get stale. Attention and direction from coaches makes it almost a personal training session.

The trainers are friendly and approachable, which sets a positive and encouraging tone for the class. The workout is to-the-point, and covers all bases, which is especially important for working adults, who want to get a workout, but don't have much time to spare in their everyday lives.
