I do like that it is 1 hr workout and te weight lifting classes are really nice.
I wish there were more classes added to the schedule.
The coaches are great. You've got Shawn who can help you modify anything you need to meet you where you are. You've got Ro who gets into the music and occasionally sings along while keeping you motivated to give it your all. There's Kandace who will push you to use heavier weights if the lifting is too easy for you. Then there's Keenan who has a voice for radio and never stops moving, keeping the class hype and ready to go. I'm sure there are more coaches, but being a 5 am person I may not have seen all of them.
This studio is fun and I love that the coaches have been here for so long.
If I had to pick something to improve, I do wish there was a stronger community feel in the classes but I don't know how one would go about achieving that. I've been to other studios where there's a strong community feel where the coaches know your name, people stay and chat together while stretching, and there's friendly team competitions.

Your coaches are on the next level!! I attended my first 90 minute class and Mike was an amazing coach. I also love that you run the workout the full time and then add a buffer between classes so we get the full workout and still time for stretching. I also loved how the people working out were so interactive with each other before and after class. This studio has a real community feel that not all studios have.

I like OT's entire business model. It's forced accountability for people who want to be in shape, but maybe need a little prodding for motivation to go to a gym. Having to pay a penalty for a late cancellation or no show is annoying, but necessary. It forces you to really decide that you're going to skip a class and not plan ahead.
I also like the limited class sizes and the way workouts are planned. Having never been brave enough to try all the equipment available at a gym, I like how OT has you doing different exercises and trying different things. For someone who might be intimidated about beginning a workout plan, it's a great avenue. The coaches are attentive, helpful and encouraging and the entire atmosphere of the class is one of positivity. There is no outward judgement, no shame in not being as athletic or in shape as the person next to you. You are there for your own personal goals and everyone there is working towards theirs. We all cheer each other along and celebrate each other's personal victories.
The only thing I think I would change is to maybe offer an extreme flexibilty class, even if it's short. Just something to really get people keeping up with their stretching. Well, that and maybe make it a little colder in there sometimes, but that's such a trivial thing. Overall, I can't say enough good about my experience with OT.

Great community of like-minded individuals. Workouts are always challenging, fun and guaranteed to make you sweat. Whatever your fitness goals are the coaches are there to motivate, push and inspire you to reach them. Not only improves physical health, but mental health as well. I always feel better after a good workout!

It’s fun, motivating, and covers cardio and strength. Before joining, I just run outside with the same pace 3-4 times a week. Adding OTF to my routine has made me stronger and has exponentially improved my running. I hit a PR in my most recent half marathon last month. Wooohoooo!
I like the the fact that every workout is different and it targets different parts of your body. Coaches are energetic, enthusiastic and friendly making every workout a fun 60 minute time of the day. At the end the results are amazing
