The OTF workout is challenging but doable. I have to admit that I am a little older and let myself get out of shape. After listening to my adult children talk about the workouts, I was terrified to even try one. However, with the support and encouragement of the coaches, and of course my kids, I go almost every day…and I am seeing results. I don’t think you can find a more positive group of coaches and front-desk staff who genuinely care about your success. No regrets here!

The workouts are great. It is fun to be in the group setting and have the music and coaches motivating everyone. What I like best about The Woodlands location is the staff though. The coaching team and administrative team are all great people and set a great culture with their upbeat and fun personalities.
OTF has been my health buddy for a while now. Love the coaches, music and different challenges. I've become a better jogger too!

Always get a great workout and nice to have one hour workout planned. Good mix of cardio and weight/strength training. Coaches at Heights studio always helpful and encouraging. Will assist and show correct form for individual when needed.
OTF keeps me motivated with the variety of workouts, the awesome and friendly SA's that greet me each morning and coaches that push me to be better each day.
I like the mix between half on the treadmill/rower and floor and the variations of workouts that keep me interested.
It is not only about changes in my body and strength but for me most importantly, it is the entire hour of being present in my body, mindful breathing ( read: gasping occasionally), moving meditative experience. I m so proud of myself and what I can do at the age of 70 no less!
The coaches are so supportive inspiring and fun ! My fellow warriors are so courageous and I love the connection to them.
