I love the cardio on treadmills and rowers and then going to the strength floor..No repeating workouts and the Coach keeps you focused and challenges you to do your best!

It is challenging, it’s not the same workout every day so you never know what to expect. The coaches are fun and knowledgeable and seem like they really care about you. It’s fun!

Different workout each time. Coaches are helpful. I don’t have to think about what will be the best exercise to get the desired results, I can just follow directions.

The intesity, also the fact that it doesnt become a stale or boring process. The trainers motivate you if you struggle and the other people working out with you are also motivated and friendly.
Great workouts and format. I will say the floors in the weights area could be cleaner. Also, while the instructors are for the most part good, you should consider hiring instructors who are in better shape. It's hard for someone who is not in peak physical form to inspire/motivate others to reach higher fitness goals.
No time waste, one hour full body workout with a constant motivation from coach. It's just perfect.
The work outs are challenging but I always walk out of the studio with a sense of accomplishment and super charged, energized, and ready to tackle to rest of the day!
