It is challenging to find workouts that are intense AND fun. I get excited for my OTF workout, even though I know the class is going to kick my butt. My mental and physical health have improved since I joined. My favorite classes are the Strength 50 workouts. Some people think that OTF is just cardio, but we also lift heavy weights. OTF really offers options for cross training for endurance, strength, and power. I love it!
Staff is extremely kind and helpful! The work out is intense but the coach is patient in taking the time to explain how to do something.
