Orange Theory has outstanding coaches, and a variety of workouts, and the treadmills are easy on the knees. The atmosphere is also very encouraging!

I like the coach, Drew, he is very positive and motivating. The fitness center itself is top-notch with exceptional equipment and a great overall workout environment. The workouts are the best I have had in years, and I appreciate the results (better fitness, improved strength and mobility, and weight loss) from them at almost 57 years old.
Everyday is a new workout to look forward to. Having great trainers and people at the front desk who can make your day fantastic is an icing on the cake. The workout caters to all body parts and gives you an overall boost in energy.

I can just show up and someone has already done all the planning and prep for a good workout. I can be competitive and I get visible feedback in the workout stats afterwards. And the music makes such a good atmosphere

Started on Monday for my first 6am class. Chuk was awesome. Second class at 5am with Ida, even better. I did forget to check in with my new heart rate monitor so didn’t get stats for today but that’s apart of the learning curve!
