Variety - have been going for years with no two workouts the same
It’s challenging, interesting, and organized. I don’t have to think about what I’m doing when I walk in the door, I just follow directions and stay focused on the music and the instructor lead the class through a variety of exercises that are helpful both aerobically and from a strength building standpoint. I love that I can modify my workout depending upon recent injuries or physical limitations without being criticized. Studio is clean and the instructors are good.
Everything - from the fantastic instructors, to the supportive clients, to the total body workouts - OT Old Town is fantastic and a major part of my life!
I love the variety. I love that I don’t have to think about what to do because there is a plan and coach is guiding me and encouraging me. I love the 0500 class as most gym classes start at 0600. I love that I leave sweaty, strong and energized after a great workout.
Booking ahead helps keep accountable, fire playlists keeping me going when I’m fatigued, and the coaches! What a vibe 😎

I have enjoyed being a member of Orange Theory since Sept 2022. The trainers are all great, they have varied music to keep the energy up and the staff at the Old Keene Mill is very personable and take the time to greet us and get to know us!

Excellent workout! Please limit the movement from one station to another. I've had classes where we have to move to another station after less than 3minutes or so. There's too much instructions to understand especially if it's a 5am class where my brain has not functioned yet lol.
Community- coaches-location are spot on!
I was never more motivated to go to a gym regularly before joining OTF. The guidance from the coaches about making small changes in the movements makes a lot of difference in the results of the workouts and prevents injuries. The ability to track your process certainly helps in consistently raising the bar for yourself. I wish I joined much earlier!
I love to come in and get a whole body work out in one hour. The music pumps and the coaches are inspiring. I almost always leave in a better mood than when I came in.
The variety every time I attend class. My coach Sara is motivating and excellent at completing demos so I know what I’m doing.

Changed. My. Life. Never thought I would be someone who exercised on a regular basis- then OTF came into my life. There is such a satisfaction knowing I am doing something healthy. I see improvement in my ability to run faster, row stronger, and lift brings me joy.
It goes by fast. I like the variety and I like that someone else picks my excercises for me.
The trainers care. The programs are great for our bodies. I push myself, and the trainers push me just the right amount!
