Great staff, friendly members. A great place to workout!
I love the fact that OTF builds a community and makes you WANT to come workout if just to meet up with friends or the coaches. Also, I love that I don't have to think about making a routine as everything is already pre-made, I just have to worry about showing up. Another great thing is that you can come in every single day of the week and every day is a different workout so that it doesn't get boring.
I know I'm getting stronger all the time and OTF keeps me on track without having to track my own fitness. It's low-maintenance which I so love.
I have been going to OTF for six years. Obviously, it keeps me interested & engaged. After all this time each workout still feels unique.

Always a great workout, supportive setting, nice people. I especially love coach Katie’s explicit lyrics classes. Great music choices (pulse Katie is hilarious and a great coach).

The instructors and the type of exercises in the classes : weights, rower and treadmill . The music and the instructors help to keep you motivated and hyped up
I love that the classes are guided the entire time. It makes working easier since I usually struggle at typical gyms when planning workouts. I also love that all of our statistics are shown throughout class, it really helps me visualize the work that I’m putting in and allows me to track my progress and performance as I complete more classes.

I really like the variety of lift classes in the studio.I also appreciate the virtual lift classes as well. The ability to exercise at home is helpful. The coaches are high energy personalities but with no judgement. They seem to be able to help individuals when needed. It’s a lot to juggle for them to be able to give two or three instructions to three different groups for an hour. I have been very impressed with the quality of instruction.

Classes are always different, music is fun and coaches are energetic. All of the equipment is fantastic, except the screens on the treadmills.
