I point it out to all my friends, because for me your method works very well. I saw a big difference in my body in the first month. I don't like going to the gym and having to do the exercises without accompaniment or guidance. It's your method, I do everything I need in 1 hour and with instruction from a coach. That's awesome.

I think there are too many reasons to list. The routine changes are nice and for the most part the schedule fits me pretty well. It’s a tad expensive but I make it work just fine.

The OTF formula is a proven and consistent winner - the most effecient and effective workout around. Period. No gimmicks. No gumball machines. No pizza fridays. For those of us who are very busy and are not 'gym people' there is no equivalent. Many have tried to imitate, none have succeeded.

Structured and fun, full body workout
The workout is great!
I enjoy the intensity of the workout with the correction available from the coaches. After nearly four years attending classes at OTF it has become the one hour on workout days that I get to let everything go and just enter my vibe. Recently, my wife and I have realy enjoyed Sara's classes as the atmosphere is lets say more mature. Still, she will let you know when you need a correction. But her music rocks with us older folks. Keep up the great work.

It’s challenging no matter what your age or condition and designed to get the best out of you. I find that I work harder and achieve more under the great coaches and changing workouts.
Bradlee has the best equipment layout of any OT studio in the area and the best shower set-up.
Head coach was great - lots of technical pointers, energy, and great taste in music! Viva early 90’s hip hop!

Great intensity!
I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up, but you go at your own speed and ability. You only compete with yourself. The coaches are great and give alternatives if you have any restrictions or limitations. It's a great workout! The heart monitor is a great tool to keep you in check and get the best workout possible. I feel stronger with each class!
