Love the variety
It is different every time. The coaches are supportive and thoughtful. I get to decide how fast I run or row, or how heavy the weight is that I lift. Maybe I modify or replace an assigned exercise with a different option altogether.
There are many classes available for my fluctuating schedule.
I love all the coaches,;they are so supportive and encouraging. They always help me push myself and also, I don’t have to worry about hurting myself due to wrong posture/poor forms. My coaches always help me correct my form and I feel very safe to work out here.
I am a person that needs an appointment to get to the gym. I love that they make me accountable for my attendance.
I also need an option on some days for low impact exercises that I truly appreciate.

I love Orangetheory because it’s fast and effective!! It’s only 1 hour out of my day and it’s an amazing full body workout. I actually see my body changing, my clothes fitting differently and best of all, I’m stronger mentally and physically. The best hour of my day, and time for myself.
Friendly atmosphere, motivated and knowledgeable coaches and clean environment. Convenient work out times and the front desk teams are extremely helpful and always meet you with a smile.
Let me start by saying I’m 67. I started working out at Orange Theory after recovering from Covid last June. It was recommended by a friend to regain strength and for cardio. Here’s what I love: I am always welcomed as soon as I enter, love all the people who are so supportive; if I need an alternative exercise-each coach is amazing! I get a full-body workout and I always feel so much better. It’s a lifestyle change for me and one of the best decisions I have made.
I love the positive motivation along with not making me feel beneath anyone when I can’t keep up!!

OTF has been a game changer for my wife and I. I feel that this investment in yourself is the best motivator. The class is only an hour and you come out feeling like you got your moneys worth. There are a variety of workouts and modifications that any physical level can participate, even if you are seasoned or a beginner. In no particular order the coaches: Lea, Dale, Rob, Jacob, Lauren, and Christine (sad to see you go) all have their unique strengths. The variety of workouts, challenges, benchmarks, and coaches make each workout unique and gives you something to look forward to on the next workout. Ask anyone you know if they have it and get 50% off your first month.

Love to workout with excellent coaches and passionate, enjoying co trainers for our 5am classes. These classes keeps me engaged and pushes me to work harder for 1 hr to have a wonderful n active rest of the day!!
What isn’t there to like?!?
I love that the workout is different every day, there are goals to work toward, and I get to work that the intensity that is right for my body.
Great mix of cardio and weight floor, and the instructors are all awesome!
