Knowledgeable, supporting coaches that motivate you to improve in whatever the workout is. Group experience to help motivate you and keep you going. Variety of classes so nothing gets stale. Regular challenges to continually challenge you to improve and to show the improvement you are making when you might think you are not improving. Friendly, helpful front desk staff that makes the whole experience something to look forward to. Wonderful feeling of accomplishment at the end of the workout that stays with you throughout the rest of the day! It’s wonderful. Give it a try. First class is free!!!
