Orange Theory New Providence has the friendliest and most helpful team. The facility is so organized and very well managed. All our questions and requests are always resolved promptly. The best part of the workout are the great and friendly instructors, and the program works. With the heart rate monitor, you can gauge your effort, and push yourself harder as needed, to achieve your goal at each session. I joined OTF New Providence in early March and I'm more fit now than my younger days. THANK YOU OTF New Providence!

It always makes me feel so good after the workout. Everyone is so amazing and always makes me feel like i can accomplish anything!
I like just following directions and not having to think about what to do at the gym. I like the energy in the room. I like the gamification of the workout. I like the 90s rock and alternative playlists. And I like most of the coaches.

I like that the workout is split up into 3 parts, instructors are motivating and the music is loud so I can’t hear myself heavy breathing… lol. I got 2 of my friends to join! Also I love love love that I can see how many calories I’m burning and work harder to get in the orange zone.

I love that each day the workouts are completely different. Strength, endurance & power workouts are varied and challenging but doable. The coaches are all great. I’ve probably had over 100 classes with Katelyn since OTFMontvale opened but I’ll take a class with any of the current coaches.
The front desk always greets me and takes care of anything I request or need help with. Kaylee, Kareem, Jess S, Jess D & Stephanie have all been very kind to me. John, the manager (and coach) is extremely personable and keeps the studio at a high level of quality. OTFMontvale is extremely clean. and safe. And for all you non youngsters out there, I’m 71 and am proof that everyone can be their best at OTFMontvale.

What I like the most is not thinking, I show up and listen to the coaches. I love not having to be creative myself because having this done for me has made it easier to be consistent. The staff and coaches are amazing!!!! They are super fun and motivating. Thank you!!!!

Work at my own pace but also be told/know how and when to push harder
Every workout i challenge myself to be better and strong than the last work out, supported in those efforts and held accountable for-the 60 minutes im in the studio.
The workout is great. Also love the variety. One suggestion - if it is possible to have an assistant/secondary coach to help with form during floor/rowing. It would help the participants get more out of their workouts.
Kata is a fantastic trainer! She is funny, motivational, tough, and super nice. She makes 5:00 AM classes fun even when me and my sister are half asleep and can barely remember our names. Kata makes sure that you do exercises in proper form so that you do not hurt yourself in class as well. She really makes you feel special and is able to check up on everyone during class to ensure they are meeting their fitness goals.
Moreover, my sister and I feel that staff and members are friendly and supportive, which makes the both of us feel comfortable and part of a community.

I love the variety in the classes and the different focuses of each class. I love that there’s always ways to modify to accommodate injuries, and there’s always a way to push myself harder. I love the coaches and their enthusiasm- they are knowledgeable, helpful, and really make it fun. I love that I can track my health progress and watch my growth. It really is the best one hour workout!
I like that it is varied and stays interesting.
