The staff
The coaches are very knowledgeable and super motivating. The workout is the perfect balance of HIIT, strength training, and endurance. I also really like the different strength class options. OT has all the kinds of classes I need for a well balanced workout routine!
Always a great rounded workout and never the same..
First off, I absolutely love the staff & the coaches. I like that the workouts are laid out for us so that we can just concentrate on the exercises at hand and not have to figure out what exercises to do. The coaches are very patient and take the time to get to know you. I started almost a year ago and with the guidance of the coaches, I’m running faster on the treadmill & lifting heavier than I could have ever imagined. Best

The group and coach. The best thing about OT is that it's everyone training together and the coach leading because the keeps you from quitting.
For me, I love organized workouts. It's 60 minutes of an awesome workout, the music is great, and the coaches are excellent. I highly recommend :)
