The coaches and community! The hour feels like it flies by.
I like that the workouts are a quick 1 hr work out that fits into my busy schedule. I can leave work get to class and not worry about what exercise i am going to do today. Eveything is planned out and its never the same exercises. I then get home to check my kids homework, prepare dinner, hang out a little and then bedtime routine starts.
It fits perfectly in the morning afterwork for my schedule.
It’s challenging but the instructors make it achievable. They motivate us to push ourselves but also respect our limits. You walk out of there knowing you accomplished something and even on an off day, it’s still another step towards reaching our goals.

It’s always different and keeps me motivated. The coaches I have been seeing have been very encouraging esp Miriam and Dominick. They have great energy, are into making you be a stronger person, and love their music choices. I get bored with many workouts so the fact I’ve been coming to OTF since May is pretty amazing.
Great workout, great coaches, great mangers and great sales associates. I cannot overstate how Orange Theory has changed my life for the better and all I have to do is show up. A wonderful community of liked minded people who participate to better their lives.
