So far so good. One suggestion, post workout more time should be given for stretching. After going home experiencing muscle pain.
I like the three different areas we focus on treadmill, rower, and weights. Scheduling during popular times is hard, specially around the beginning of December. I also like the affordability. It would be helpful to have coaches remind us about the workout more during the rower. At times it is hard to hear them when they first explain the workout. Keep up the good work!
That everything is already planned out for you and you can just show up and workout and not think about what you are working on that day.

I like the variety of people who attend, no judgements just people doing their best. I love the workouts change to much and there’s not too much repetition. The trainers are also all fantastic - each and every one of them!
Orange Theory have been transformational for me. I don't have to think when going to the gym; I just following along from the encouraging coaches and I know at the end I'll have a great, well rounded workout. While never pressed to do more than you're capable of, at 62, I have discovered I'm capable of alot more than I ever thought. In addition, their attempts to build community are much appreciated.

Very well run classes and challenging. The coaches are super kind and encouraging.
However, I am not giving a 10 because there are not enough strength classes in the evenings and weekends.

The variety from one class to the next and within each class.
Need to get some HIIT into my wellness routine. OT is not as intrusive as other options, meaning less overall weight. And it forces me to run, something I typically don’t enjoy.
It’s fun, effective, and easy to fit in to my daily schedule since there are so many times available.
The coaches are great!
The facilities are clean and the equipment is maintained properly. I love that you can work at your own pace. Also, the instructor makes sure that you’re using the correct form when using the free weights and other exercise equipment.
The staff and coaches are the most friendly and professional people. They have exceeded my expectations regarding customer service and engaging with the clients.
I also appreciate that all clients are able yo participate in the work outs at their own individual pace without the compelling need to compete with others similar to Boot Camp. This makes Orange Theory a more individualized program for students starting at their own level of fitness and capability.

I like the different workout every day of every week. The Newport Beach studio is perfect with friendly staff and very clean studio, bathrooms and shower. Class are appropriately scheduled on weekdays and weekends. The coaches are helpful and carefully watch so that you are doing the cardio, rowing or weight floor exercise correctly.
That it's always different. I feel like I'm getting stronger, but my physical health and endurance ia improving ttoo.i like the monitor to track progress and distract me throughout the hour. The trainers are motivating.
I like the diversity of the classes. I’ve only been to 2classes, and really like both coaches. Their energy and positivity is refreshing.
I was apprehensive at first, but the coach and the other participants were very warm and welcoming. I love the group aspect and having a coach with a program already set for me to follow. I don’t have to think about anything. I really loved my workout. I’m so glad I tried it out.
