From the moment I walk through the door, I am greeted by the wonderful staff. Cash made me feel like “I belong” when I was new and felt like I was in Jr High again. The trainers are all so positive and encouraging. (I love Kevin, Chelsi, and Duane!) All trainers are certified, knowledgeable and helpful.
I am highly motivated by the fitness monitors by receiving the feedback while working out. The best part is I do not have to think about what to do during my work out like I had to at other gyms.
The workouts are created incorporating cardio, strength training, and core work. The facility has plenty of ventilation and bathrooms are stocked and clean.
I love OTCDM. I leave each workout happy that I took time to focus on my health and fitness in such a positive environment.

Everything. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and relentless, the programs are well-designed, the equipment is always clean and seemingly new, and the benefits are obvious. Don’t ask me for criticisms because i can’t think of any.

I love the variety, coaches are wonderful and it's fun
The work outs are different daily. The work outs can be adjusted for anyone with injuries or needing special accommodations. The work outs are broken down into small blocks so they don’t seem so overwhelming.
I like the instructors (Amber and Ali) at the 5 am class. They give loads of tips on form and some alternates when it's too tough on my knee and shoulder. They push you hard and know my name. It's awesome
The type of workout HIIT and strength, the music, the coaches, the staff and other members! What’s not to like! :)

Dynamic rotation and don’t have to think about what I want to work on. Music from Kaycie and Melissa is awesome, not so much from glennis and number of people in classes much greater with Kaycie and Melissa as a result.

In one hour, I’m able to get cardio, strength, be around an amazing coaching, staff, and listen to great music. This place has a very good vibe to it, and I look forward to coming every day
