I love that the coaches push me beyond what I would do by myself in the gym. As a competitive human, I want to earn splat points, beat my previous scores, and stay in the orange and red when encouraged to do so.
It is efficient. Cardio and strength in an hour and when you’re done, you are usually gassed. The coaches and staff are amazing as well.
It was fun and efficient. Coach Andrea was awesome and i loved that they are very knowledgeable.
Work out is hard and burns a lot of calories.
If you push yourself, you should feel really good at the end of the workout.

The coaches are great, especially Joe, Deena and Haley N! I would give a 10, but sometimes other members are annoying with all of the chatting they do during the workout

For me, it’s the coaches… Alex, Duane, Jene and Chelsea are awesome. I end to pick classes based on the coach

What i like about the workout is when the coach actually corrects me when i do wrong, give me an alternative and not too mention good music & awesome coaches we have. I do have a concern and it bothers for quite sometime and i hate to be “that kinda person”, recent incident happened last week, i was in my usual spot on the floor and 3 people were taking my weights while there were available weights on the rack by the wall where the bikes are. If they had a common courtesy of asking my permission, more than likely i would have said yes but they didn’t. To me what’s the point coming in early to get my spot and others don’t even care and just take whatever weights closer to them. Hope we could solve this problem as i know i am not the only one with this concern, Sorry for the rant
I like they mix up the workouts, the lighting and music and that it’s lead by a coach!

Challenging
Great front desk staff, manager, and trainers. The workout keeps moving, love the partner workouts and when there are themes or switches.
Glennie was amazing! Loved her energy, music and motivational ques!

The coaches are awesome in pushing you to do your best! The workouts are already planned so I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do like normal gym. I just schedule and go!

I love the music and I know what to expect but its different each day. I get my strength training and cardio in each day.

Structured and motivating
It’s fast-paced, you’re constantly moving, great overall body and cardio workout. And you get to choose your level of effort, which is great if you’re tired and still want to show up. Adjustments can be made to work around any inability.
I feel great after my workout! I feel the coaches truly care about each person in the room!
