Love it
I like how clean and neat the gym is. Everybody is warm and welcoming, and the workout itself is well-rounded and well-planned. My fitness level is definitely beginner, and I feel I can access the workouts at a point that is challenging for me because they are flexible.
I love the 45 min lift class on Fridays, would attend 2-3 per week if offered.
I love that it is different every day and it's full body workout. The coaches push you to get better every time and I really appreciate that they sometimes help me fix my form during specific exercises.
The workouts are pretty strenuous, and as long as I don't dwell on that too much, I'll make it in the door to do another one at Orange Theory Fitness. The trainers know what they're doing, they have friendly personalities, and it's up to the individual member to get after it and watch their cardiac monitor to assure they're maximizing their body's output to the exercise. There's more to it, like the attitude of the trainer (they're all really great) and the music helps to motivate a person's tempo. The club is clean and never smells bad. I like it that OTF is close to my house. I'm recovering from a serious and painful leg injury, but I just cannot allow this type of thing to stop me from working out regularly. To all the people who quit because their legs or hips hurt, I tell them COME BACK RIGHT NOW. What are you going to be doing with yourselves while you're not here at OTF? (Sitting on a chair? Looking at your boring laptop all the livelong day?) No. People owe it to themselves to get into OTF for the best workouts. It's okay if all you can do is have a "green" day. It's better than a nothing day, isn't it? I'm a long-term member at this club, and I love it. It's my life line. I'm always in a better frame of mind after doing a workout with Orange Theory. Did I forget to mention the other members that come here? They're encouraging and it's uplifting to talk with most members. (Avoid the ones that have negativity written all over their faces and tee shirts.) I only surround myself with positive people, and that includes when I'm not at OTF as well. Life is beautiful! The rates are affordable and reasonable, and it's the best therapy that I know of. I highly recommend OTF to everyone! Thank you!

I like being able to choose from 2g or 3g, but tornado is really cool. The instructors and front desk staff at this location have also been way better to from a few other locations I’ve been to.

Orangetheory classes, staff and space reflect organization and intelligent design. The place runs like a well oiled machine. OT offers an amazing workout in 60 minutes that is so appreciated by busy people who are dedicated to physical activity and staying in shape. Highly recommended.

Challenging and fun
I like pushing myself on the treads the most- but I like that it incorporates weights and the rower. I have found over the month I have been there (going about 4 days a week) that my heart is stronger and I can push myself a little harder! Thank you for pushing me to be my best self.
