I enjoy an OTF workout b/c it offers a comprehensive one-hour workout that engages my entire body. The combo of cardio and weights not only keeps me physically active but also allows me to target different muscle groups. The inclusion of the rowing machine adds another layer to the full-body workout experience. A well-rounded efficient 1 hour workout.
Lastly, having knowledgeable trainers and great music is the cherry on top. I love having the guidance of trainers to ensure I am maintaining proper form and getting the most out of each exercise. While the upbeat music and orange lights enhance the overall atmosphere. All of these and the friends that I have made at OTF Langhorne keep me coming back for more.

I love the coaches, the fellow members, the music and THE Workouts!!! It is so motivating and the time flies. I started walking and jogging a fee years ago and now I can run the whole class and lift heavier weights. Loving seeing the progress.
Yes, the workouts are challenging, but “recovery” is one of the most important aspects of these workouts. The balance of aerobic and anaerobic aspects in each class is second to none. Each class is a “class act” and you become a little bit better version of yourself after each one. Oh yeah, it’s a great time too! Great music, great fun, great people! You are just so welcome…

I like that each class is different and it's only an hour for the workout. The coaches are good about answering my questions, demonstrating exercises, and offering modified versions of exercises.
Some general suggestions: 1) not to play the music so loud; 2) encourage coaches to check the form of students exercising; 3) more explanation of OTF terminology for us newcomers; 4) Not to talk too fast when coaching classes.
Overall, I'm happy with the program and encourage others to check out the program.

Workouts are always challenging but not overwhelming. Coach Ovi is great. He does an excellent job of providing tips for each participant to customize the workout for their needs/abilities while keeping you motivated. He also has no problem letting me know when I'm not picking up a heavy enough weight.
It’s different , every time !! The coaches are energetic !!! The facility is spotless and the classes and workouts really work :)
