Everything really. I’ve joined quite a few different things in the last couple of years but with orange theory I get excited for my next class. We like to take Noreen’s classes at 6:15.
Its never boring, burns a lot of calories and the coach direction is great!
6 years plus and I have never repeated a workout. It’s always different so I never get bored. Love all the new coaches. Love the new Strength 50. Staff rules!
There’s always variety. You get a physically demanding workout and if you go two Sundays in a row at the same time frame the programming is different so you are always working different parts of your body.
Great training, trainers, vibe, music, organization, clean…it’s all there, best ever…love it
The coaches are great. They keep the workout challenging but it can also be done at your own pace. The diversity of each class keeps the workout fresh. And the music is always awesome!
