I just did my first class, Coach Craig was great at showing me the equipment and walking me through what to expect. Checked in on me throughout the class to make sure I was doing ok. The energy of the workout and staff was great, very friendly without being pushy.
I love the diversity. Every day is different. I do not go on Reddit to look at the workout of the day. I am going to come to class regardless of what the workout is. I love the coaches. They motivate me!!

I started orange Theory about a year ago and its one of the best workouts you can find. The reception area of the Massapequa Park facility is terrific they make you feel so welcome, and the coaches are the best. They get you so motivated. I'm 66 years old and when I leave there I feel so great about myself. Me and my Daughter go once or twice per week. Real game changer.

This is the most comfortable, inclusive gym around. After 1 hour, I truly feel like I've gotten a whole body, intense and challenging workout. In addition, & maybe more importantly, it is done in a fun, safe, community like environment. The music and people are great, where you feel like you're with friends & family. Orange theory is absolutely one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I have always belonged to a gym but never have I sustained membership or it felt like a chore. Since 2018, this has been my favorite obsession & I come almost everyday. Plug for OTF East Meadow.... best studio ever, anywhere.

Hands-down! The best workout out there. If you want to get the biggest bang for your buck in 60 minutes, OTF is the way to go!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the incredible experience I've had at Orange Theory Fitness, Seaford.
Since joining Orange Theory Fitness about five months ago, my life has changed in ways I couldn't have imagined. From day one, I've been enveloped in a motivational environment that extends from the dedicated coaches to the supportive studio managers and the welcoming front desk staff. Every interaction, every workout, and every moment spent at Orange Theory Fitness has been nothing short of inspiring.
When I reflect on where I was five months ago, starting out with zero confidence, to where I am now, eagerly attending classes 5 to 7 days a week, I'm amazed at the transformation I've undergone. Orange Theory Fitness has not only helped me achieve my fitness goals but has also instilled in me a newfound sense of confidence and determination.
I can honestly say that I hate missing a day at OTF. The energy, encouragement, and camaraderie I experience during each workout are unparalleled. The sense of accomplishment I feel after every session is truly empowering and motivates me to keep pushing myself further.

I love everything about Orangetheory! The coaches and sales associates are so welcoming and make you feel at home. I am not athletic by any means, and they helped me step outside my comfort zone. Invigorating, challenges are hard and rewarding. The result stats are forwarded daily an added bonus not available at any other fitness facility. Staff is attentive at each person who requires assistance in class. This is a personal touch that sets OT apart from other fitness centers.

It’s different everyday
It’s a one hour all-inclusive workout guided by an experienced trainer. It consists of a perfect combination of cardio and strength while monitoring heart rate and calories burned. Exercises can be modified for an individual to adapt to his/her needs without sacrificing the benefits gained. There is no reason not to be part of this program.
I feel that the coaches create a comfortable atmosphere and help as needed. I feel comfortable and excited getting ready for the next class. The girls at the front desk are so nice and are accepting of any questions I bring up. I've lost 12 pounds since I started OT and it has brought back my love of fitness. Thank you team!
