Love everything about this place, but truthfully can't say I love the workout. Fun to some, but not to me. However, it is only one hour so I can give an hour of my day to devote to my body. Coaches are great! The entire staff from when you walk in to the time you leave rocks.

It has been very effective in helping me lose some weight and get back to the level of fitness I want to be at. I like having a different workout every time and not having to be the one to plan them. I love the coaches! I have had 4-5 and each one has had a great attitude!
The coach is organized and does a great job motivating their clients.
