The energy from the coaches is always incredibly helpful. The fast pace keeps everyone focused on what they need to accomplish and in the time allotted. Before I struggled with lifting on my own and now I’m consistently doing it at least 4 times a week.

It helps me incorporate things like strange thing that I would struggle to do myself. It also feels good to work out with other people, cheer each other on or grumble with each other.

OTF provides the gym and coach, you provide the guts and intensity. Super awesome class that gets you into shape…I LOVE IT.
I show up and they tell me what to do. And they push me WAY harder than I would ever push myself. I especially love Caleb and his end of class meditations.
