Clients/Member Testimonials
The coaches are Amazing!! I love their encouragement, music choices and more importantly that they get to know you. They watch technique and advise when needed. Overall it is a fun place to workout. Castle Rock is my “go to” location.
Great workout and friendly staff
I love that the workouts are community-based, fun, and kick my butt!
I joined OT last year. I have 0 regrets. I joined after quarantine and life feeling upside down. It's exactly what I needed physically and emotionally. I feel comfortable and safe at OT (I'm not athletic). It's the most incredible community. I love meeting friends for a work out, or coming on my own and still having a great time. All of the coaches are AMAZING. Highly recommend.
A full body workout and the feeling of community. Great support from the Coaches and front desk staff.
I’m in and out quickly. I’m always moving.
Motivating, Positive
Variety
You can modify based on your skill set. I love the motivation from the coaches. Great overall class!
Efficiency
Variety, intensity and coaching
I like that every day is a little bit different and you're going to get a good workout in every single time.
Great class! Lots of variety with coach motivation. I liked the whole body workout approach. Loved the music as well
The music is always interesting and motivating.
DEVIN. He is awesome. He knows how to explain things well, how to queue the workout to make sure it moves smoothly, and most importantly, he is awesome at motivating us. When there is one 'all out' left that morning - what do you want to get out of it? I always get a rewarding workout with Devin. He is professional, a leader, and funny and fun and playful, too. I look forward to seeing him and working out when he is coaching!
Great coaching!
I like that the coaches are right there to motivate us along in our workout. The small class size makes it feel like you have a personal trainer. The exercises are different and work your core everytime. My wife and I can do the same workout but at different intensities.
Love the videos/workout demos on the screen. Mary was amazing - incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Super supportive of everyone in class. Easy to follow. Effective but not torturous.
I like the mix of tread and weights - with the occasional rowing. I seem to always miss the classes that include triceps work. I would really like some more of those. As would any woman over 40. And above all, I love almost all of your instructors. It is supposed to be fun - that is one of things that keeps people motivated. And most make it that way. Encouraging but happy and motivating. They come around and give individual tips for better form. The instructors who shame people, make big proclamations that someone is cheating because they are not using the right form or just generally are harsh aren't good. They don't come around and help people individually. There is one instructor that caused a lady next to me to say, wow, she really makes it sound unpleasant when explaining what the weight session was about. She missed the memo on the fun part. But everyone can change.
Variety, always challenging, coaches are inspiring
I am a person who gets bored easily but yet coming here, I know what to expect so while I have an idea of what may go on, there is still variety which I enjoy! The trainers are great and so encouraging and I have really enjoyed coming here.
Great coaches to keep me motivated.
I like the pace, my coaches and the challenge.
Structured and completed in an hour. I feel it is a good mixed cardio workout. I like the colors so you know where your heart rate is.
What I don't like is the LOUD music. I have single sided deafness and it is the one thing that might make me want to quit. I can't hear the instructor over the loud music. If they could at least turn it down while they are talking that would be very helpful.
It keeps me motivated and challenged in a way that no other program or gym I’ve been to has. I tagged you in the look forward to every class, and I always benefit in multiple ways from it. My body feels better, my energy is better, and my mood is better every day I take an orange theory class.
I like that I have to sign up (although, I thought I would hate this). It holds me accountable.
I like that I don't have to think... The coaches do it for us.
I like the coaches and most of their playlists
The workout is always different and keeps me motivated.
The coaches are fantastic! The good ones encourage people when the workout gets harder and know people by name. At first, I was intimated to join because I am not an elite athlete. But once I did, I have never looked back. There are members who look exactly like me, and I am proud to not have more "workout buddies." Thank you OTH for helping me remember how fun and rewarding it is to work out and be healthy, mentally and physically!
The variety of the workouts - they are always different. The cardio component can be tailored by keeping an eye on the heart rate monitoring, and I know whether my body is being pushed enough or too much or if I can bump it up. I like the free weights component of the workout for strengthening.
The instructors and you never know what the class will be doing.
