There is nothing you need to improve. Most of our my primary relationships live in San Francisco versus Redwood Shores. I have shared my Orangetheory Fitness experience with friends, as I really enjoyed the workout and the friendly service I received during my two visits.
Exciting workouts
I enjoy the intensity of the workout as well as the coach involvement. I enjoy being able to lift heavy weights and incorporate cardio on the treadmills, bikes, and rowers. The OTBeat heart rate monitor system allows me to push myself further through my workout.
Theres a coach always guiding you thru the workout!
I love that it is a challenging workout that can be completely individualized to each person's fitness level and goals.
The workout was excellent, very attentive coach and coach in training helped me.

Every work out is different and a little competition with yourself. Love the workouts! I feeling stronger and faster.
I enjoy that the workout is constantly varied and I always feel like I had a total body workout after class. The coaches are always encouraging and helpful, always making the experience a positive one!
Love the entire workout. Just wish it was a little more affordable
I like that’s its a good use of time. Always working. Mostly good music. Missing one of the old trainers, Logan specifically!! So sad to have seen her gone. She really was encouraging and knew everyone by name. The other early morning trainers don’t seem interested in knowing us.
Loved how Julie was so excited! The coach makes a ton of difference and since this was my first time at Shrewsbury, but not to OTF, she did NOT disappoint.
You’re there for one hour and it’s highly productive. I feel like I’ve gotten a fabulous workout.

Never the same classes. Fun quick and gets the job done.
It pushed me outside my comfort zone, friendly and knowledgeable trainers and front desk, and fun music.
(1) Nothing improves my mood more than this workout. No pills, no cupcakes -- this workout changes how I feel on a day-to-day basis.
(2) I have never wanted to exercise, but I look forward to this class more than anything.
(3) I really like that no one has a phone on the floor. EVERYONE is focused on the class, and it's rare that we ever dedicate ourselves to ONE EFFORT at a time...that is a huge benefit.
It would be great if Culver City would get the treadmill mileage and splat point trackers similar to Woodland Hills.
I like that it's tailored to me-- my heart rate and ability effort. I also like the feedback and instructor encouragement. Awesome team members!
I love OTF because it simplifies getting a good quality workout. All I have to do is show up and I know I’ll be coached through a full body, completely scalable workout.
More afternoon weekend classes
Monitoring intensity and both cardio and floor, great combination.
It’s very easy to follow, but also very challenging! It’s a full body workout in an hour! The coaches are also extremely motivating and helpful!
This was such a interactive amazing “feel it burn” kind of workout! I felt so accomplished and proud after. Definitely one of a kind and is why I signed up immediately after my first class!

The workout combinations might seem very simple but are very effective to get me going and getting my day started! And doing it as a class makes the morale all that much stronger! I love the coach, the exercise regimen and the atmosphere!

Great music and I like the diversity in the exercises, keeps the work out exciting.
The trainers are fun and energetic! The location is amazing so close to the train station and my apt. The staff and owner Jake is so nice and helpful! Love the large shower and changing area.
