I am enjoying the use of the gym. One thing I would like to see is the actual description of the classes on the schedule and not just the name of the class. I would like to know what kind of training I can expect to get in each of these titles. A few of them are self-explanatory such as HIIT, Body Combat or Abs & strength but LesMillsGrit (?) or Tabata HIIT? Just a little more detail about each class would be helpful. Also, are there annoucements when a class or instructor cancels?

Childcare is so rare to find in gyms and makes it easier to workout knowing my kids are able to play and have fun. The gym is always being routinely maintained and cleaned. I absolutely love it!
Staff is friendly and I like that the weights aren't mix and match like they are over at Novi.
