Wonderful front desk staff. Great, new exercise equipment. Clean environment. If something is broken it gets fixed quickly unlike when it was Retro and a workout station could be broken for literally months without being fixed, and one men's urinal in the bathroom was out of order for a year or more! Staff opens on time even at 5 AM unlike when it was Retro and often they didn't show up.
I like that I can visit all of the gyms that fall under the franchisee / owner of my main location I frequently visit - New Providence.
Fitness Factory Edgewater location happened to be close to a restaurant I had reservations at later in the evening in North Bergen..so I decided to “go to the gym” close by. The edgewater location delivered!
Has many options to chose from and is clean.
The group fitness classes are amazing no love the instructors (especially Kristin and Jacque’s combat classes).
I love that the facilities are clean and kept in good working order.
