Like the gym but the music volume has been increased too much recently. First name removed't mind the music but when I can still hear it through my Bose headphones it is a bit too loud. Otherwise I enjoy the facility.
Hours of operation. Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Clean facility. Plenty of equipment. Periodic updates.

Courteous staff, babysitting services, lots of machines at various levels, a women's gym room, great exercise/weights/cardio/yoga classes, physical trainers provide good programs/advice and conveniently located all at a reasonable price.
Class instructors are great!
I enjoy coming to the gym, all different hours during the week. The gym is like my man cave, where I go to burn off some steam and stress from a busy hectic day at work and with life in general. I am disappointed you only receive 2 reward points instead of the 3 points in the past.

The staff at the front desk in Newtown is so friendly, professional and helpful. I feel very welcome and comfortable there more so than at other Club 24 locations. Going to that gym has become my favorite part of each day.
