Cleaning area in men's locker was nice, with shave-cream and splash-on after-shave lotions and cotton-balls and a convenient scale for checking our bodyweight. I shaved my beard there.
So many various fitness tools for all levels. Love the Fitness on Demand. Sauna, jacuzzi and pool also. Staff is helpful and friendly and the center is always cleanly.

The staff has been great, love the space and view. Particularly, there is a nice community of people working out there, everyone is nice to each other. Very down to earth as compared to other clubs.
The West Bank is a great place to work out. It's super clean, has the friendliest staff and the equipment is excellent. The main facility on the East side is exactly the same quality of equipment, staff and cleanliness. Benefis runs the best fitness centers in town.

I like the pools. Excep[ the lap pool is too cold, I like the 10am heart smart class with Kate and with Taylor, She makes the class fun and has lots of enthusiam, And she teaches us dance moves, You need another mirror in the ladies room by the big mirror, There is a chair there but no hairdryer, Dobbs is always pleasant.
spin classes are great workout. Great instructors that motivate & make class fun!!
