I was so impressed with the job that your Technician, Paul Johnston, did for us, that I plan to use ServiceMaster Clean for all of my future cleaning needs-- both commercially and at home!
I work as the Set Decorator on Army Wives television show (Lifetime's #1 Hit!). We had a custom made border rug, brand new Sofa with Natural Linen upholstery, and two very nice swivel chairs that were all stained on the set. The stain was caused by a substance containing red dye, and we were pretty skeptical that the stains would come out.
Paul worked on the pieces with a determination I'd never seen before. He also discussed his process and what his plan was for cleaning. When he finished, our whole crew came to admire the job he'd done. The stains were virtually undetectable!
This morning, when our Director and Producer arrived on set, the Producer immediately sent me a message saying how beautiful the pieces looked on set, and thanking us. I told him that we brought in the professionals-- Paul Johnston and ServiceMaster Clean!
Everyone was thrilled, and we look forward to continuing to work together for all jobs in the future.

I like that you showed up at the agreed time. Paul the sevrviceman that did the cleaning I felt was very respectfull and knowledgeable. Over all I felt he did a good job. I expreesed the concern of the removal of gum to Brian and fell that Paul did the best he could working by himself. I am diapointed that your co. only sent out one person to complete I fell was a very big job. I can't believe you let one of your employees work a fifteen and half hour day. Shame on you. It was also an imposition on our priest who had to stay awake until 12:30 AM untill Paul was though so they could lock up and set the alarm on the church. Thank you and I hope this will help to better your service in the future.

You removed the grease spots on the carpet
We received an invoice for service, which was paid in full within 2 business days. After payment was made, we received an ammended invoice for a higher amount and were told that we must pay that new amount. We won't be using Service Master again!
There was a clerical error in the original invoice. The quoted and agreed price was sent in the corrected invoice. We have visited the club and have explained the clerical error
I the fact that there was a complaint with the service and the technician had to come back out to redo the service. Well, that makes for a great cleaning service to fix and resolve a problem.
There were areas that needed more attention and it appears it did not get it, however after a call to report the disappointment, an agreement to come back out and redo the service was a great way to fix the problem
