Guys were friendly and efficient with one exception. There was one piece I said I wanted to keep from a bedroom set but when I went to check after they had left, it was too late. I was asked to check b4 they left and didn’t realize it. I should have put a do not take sign on it, so not the end of the world. I also think the price was rather expensive

The team was very prompt. Actually showed up early. Professional, friendly. I think they were here for less than half an hour. the whole process was a breeze. Although I would suggest providing the movers with better digital equipment for billing purposes.

The Junkluggers team was amazing from start to finish. Everything was as expected.
I easily booked my appt online in a 2hr arrival window. Upon booking, I received a call to confirm some details of my appt (which included some broken up concrete I had dug up on my own and moved to my driveway). I was estimated at some construction debris pricing because of the weight which is understandable.
On the day of the appt I received my 30 mins courtesy call, the team arrived, I pointed, they estimated, once I agreed, they proceeded to load everything up from my driveway which took less than 1 hr. It was seamless!
Once finished, the processed payment right onsite!
