The people sent to my home were polite and very respectful. They treated my things like they were valuable treasures- which they are to me but not to anyone else! They were very caring on days that were very hard for me emotionally with my moves and giving possessions away for donation. I had paint cans that still had wet paint in them and was advised this was add to the cost - appreciated knowing that and decided to just let them dry out at home to discard. Would have added a considerable amount.
