Amy Spahr responded quickly to my inquiry and was very helpful, especially since I was calling from a different state and needed some extra assistance. She took care of everything for me and made what seemed like a very difficult project very easy for me. The man who did the hauling away was also very good to deal with. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. I like the idea the items will be recycled where possible.
The guys were great. They showed up on time (early actually) and were able to quickly get a second truck when we realized one truck wouldn’t be enough. They were fast and personable and I would recommend them highly.
First of all, I was able to speak to a real person.
Second… that person and all of your people are informed, polite and helpful.
Third… you are prompt, neat, careful, and very efficient.

Eric was terrific - direct, clear and kind. He was able to schedule us within two days which was amazing. The movers reflected Eric’s professionalism and were incredibly easy to work with. I have already recommended Junk Luggers to two friends and will continue to do so. It was also beneficial to know that there were charitable links before determination of what would be designated to be “junk.”

Everything! Jon & his assistant showed up at the beginning of our 2 hour window, knowing we were driving in from Lakeville MN. They were personable, professional & cleared out the items I had ready for them quite efficiently. I will be recommending Jon to Eagle Storage, their office manager said to let her know my option as she frequently gets asked if she can refer a good place for junk removal.
Juan and Armando could not have been more efficient in moving my furniture. Their skills in navigating was an A+. And nontime wasted… they moved continually until job was done. Also, both were friendly and willing to accommodate where they were able to. I highly recommend these 2 men. You can count in them!
And Sam who answered the phone and made the arrangements was very nice and set me up quickly for the movers.

We liked the fact that the majority of the items being taken away would be donated to various organizations or be recycled. This is great knowing items will be reused or recycled instead of just being thrown away!
Also, workers were prompt, they showed up when they said they would be there. Even when there was an unexpected delay, we were kept in the loop. We were called promptly to let us know what was happening. This was much appreciated! I appreciate follow through, from the beginning to the end of a job or situation, with the same contact person. Instead of having to explain the situation or problem to a new person every time there is a need for communication!
